Grand Master's Day
Thousands of Pennsylvania Masons, family members
and friends arrived at the Masonic Homes in Elizabethtown on Saturday, September 26, 1998 to participate in Grand Master's Day-- the annual "open house" at the facility.

Special activities and display booths were
set up all around the campus, with programs
for children and adults of all ages.

Bro. Joseph E. Murphy, NHA, CEO
and Executive Director
Masonic Homes, greeted visitors
to the campus.
|

|
Robin Pepperman, Director of Safety and Risk Management, and
Fred Mitchell, Telecommunications/Security Supervisor, coordinated a live broadcast of interviews and activities to Masonic Homes residents who could not get out to participate in the programs.

| The Zembo Highlanders, a bagpipe band,
gave a performance in the Village Green.

Bro. Larry Ebersole, (Lodge No. 682) displayed the Masonic Carousel he constructed. |
|
Included on the carousel are many Masonic symbols, including an altar with the three great lights of Freemasonry, a representation of the Masonic Temple in Philadelphia, and many other Masonic emblems.
